These terms govern the text message program called The Thunderdome Gazette (the "Program"), operated by Big Sky Cloud Technology LLC ("we," "us"). By texting JOIN to the Program number, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
When you opt in, we will send you recurring automated text messages containing a link to each weekly issue of The Thunderdome Gazette, a fantasy football newsletter covering the Thunderdome league. Messages are sent from the number shown on our sign-up page.
You opt in by texting the keyword JOIN to the Program number from the mobile phone you want to subscribe. Texting JOIN is your express consent to receive the messages described above at that number. After you opt in, we send one confirmation message that restates the message frequency and how to cancel. Consent is not a condition of league membership or of any purchase.
You will receive one message per week, on Tuesdays, during the NFL regular season and playoffs, roughly September through January. Up to 5 messages per month. We do not send messages in the off-season.
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the Program number. After you send STOP, we reply with one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from the Program. If you want to join again, text JOIN to the Program number and we will start sending messages to you again.
You can get help at any time by texting HELP to the Program number. We respond with a description of the Program, the message frequency, and how to unsubscribe. You can also email gazette@bigskycloud.tech.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages that we send to you or that you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan. We do not charge for the Program.
The Program is available on most major United States carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their prepaid brands, as well as many regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone you subscribe, and at least 18 years old. The Gazette is a satirical sports newsletter. Its grades, awards, and commentary are opinion written for entertainment and should not be relied on for anything, including fantasy football decisions.
We may update these terms or discontinue the Program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
