This policy describes what Big Sky Cloud Technology LLC ("we," "us") collects when you use The Thunderdome Gazette text message program (the "Program") and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Your mobile phone number, when you text JOIN, STOP, or HELP to the Program number.
Subscription records: the date and time you opted in or out, and the keyword you sent.
Delivery records: for each message we send, the date, time, and carrier delivery status.
Website access logs: standard server logs when you visit this site or open a newsletter link, such as IP address, browser type, and time of access.

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information through the Program, and we do not use cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

2. How we use it

To send you the weekly Gazette message you asked for.
To process your STOP and HELP requests.
To keep the opt-in and delivery records that wireless carriers and United States law require us to maintain.
To diagnose delivery problems and operate the site.

3. Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or opt-in information.

We use Amazon Web Services to store subscription records and to transmit messages, and your carrier to deliver them. These providers process your number only to deliver the Program and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and we may share it with a successor if the Program changes hands, subject to this policy.

4. Retention

We keep your phone number and subscription status for as long as you are subscribed, and keep opt-out records after you unsubscribe so that we do not message you again. Delivery records are deleted after 180 days. Website access logs are deleted after 90 days.

5. Your choices

Text STOP to the Program number at any time to stop receiving messages. Email gazette@bigskycloud.tech to ask what we hold about your number or to request that it be deleted. We will honor deletion requests except for the opt-out record we must keep to respect your request not to be contacted.

6. Security

Subscription records are stored in a private database with access limited to the operator of the Program. Newsletter links are private, time-limited links.

7. Children

The Program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, email us and we will remove the number.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
